"Joe is phenomenal. He returned my call immediately and was able to get ahold of the other agent where I could not. He wrote the offer within an hour of first contact and was able to propose different options that helped get it accepted the same day even though there were multiple offers coming in. The agreement was set to close quickly, Joe had an established team already in place and was able to get an inspection set up within a couple of days and the escrow team he works with set up escrow within a day or so. He was able to refer me to an insurance agent he works with and she set up the policies immediately. When there were issues identified in the inspection Joe was able to refer professional contractors who were ready on the spot despite the normal backlog of work in the area. Joe also uses a professional company to assist his clients in setting up utilities so that we were able to get everything set up with one phone call. This service was provided free as a courtesy and made the move seamless. Joe held the line and made sure that repairs were done properly and did not cut any corners to get things done on time. He was responsive and had addendums out immediately for signing when necessary. He demanded the appropriate credits where they were warranted and was excellent at negotiating on my behalf. The transaction was smooth and amazingly simple on my end as Joe handled all the issues with ease and worked hand in hand with my lender to make sure they had everything they needed. This was the most efficient transaction I have ever seen. I will definitely refer to Joe and hopefully use him and his team again in the future. The fact that he is ready to go at a moments notice and has a strong, reliable team in place to handle all procedures and potential issues definitely makes a world of difference."

Life showed up of course, and I never would have scripted many years later Joe becoming my realtor when my family and I relocated from Texas to Florida. Joe is just incredible.
